Everyone is in charge. Nobody is responsible.

Ukraine’s military satellite link was slowed this week. Elon Musk said the President decides the limits. The President said: “It wasn’t me, and I don’t think it was Elon.”¹²

So Ukraine has found the cause of its connection problem: nobody.

In September, Donald Trump signed a law to sanction Russia. In October, he put it on hold, in the national interest.³

Russia will be made to pay. Eventually. Preferably in diesel.

Trump said he finds Zelenskyy “more difficult to deal with than Putin”.⁴

To be fair, it’s easy to get along with someone when you keep waiving their sanctions.

Iran says a mine sank a container ship in the Strait of Hormuz. America says it was an Iranian projectile.⁵⁶

The ship has declined to comment.
